When we think of obsessive-compulsive disorder, OCD, we usually think of someone who likes things a certain way. What we don’t always realize is that this is a disorder in which people have recurring, unwanted thoughts, ideas or sensations (obsessions) that make them feel driven to do something repetitively (compulsions). This week, my guest is Meghan Newkirk, author of the book “Loving Naomi.” She was diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder while in college and shares her journey and discusses how she came to combat it. Join me as we try on Meghan’s knock-off Uggs.
