"Homecoming at Christmas is more than returning to a place—it's finding warmth in the hearts of loved ones, the joy of shared memories, and the peace of knowing you're right where you belong."

Sometimes the hardest thing to do is take a step. My guest this week is Chris. Chris shares how that has been the hardest thing to do many times in his life. Chris is an Ultra Runner and former Navy Corpsman. Today, Chris shares some hard stuff and some of the steps he has taken in his life that led him to a very stuck moment where he questioned whether he should take his own life. He also shares the great value in taking another step to get help from others around him. Chris has discovered along the way, if its endurable, endure it. Stop complaining. Great words to live by. Join me as I try on Chris’s Ultra running shoes.
